Job Description

Trainees are primarily inducted into an executive process, where they undergo training to familiarise themselves with the organisation’s various departments. This includes learning about different processes and systems. After successfully completing the six-month training period, the intern will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role as an Account Manager or Brand Consultant based on their performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist Key Account Managers and top management in their day-to-day activities and tasks. This could include market research, generating leads, conducting audits, preparing presentations, assisting in client meetings, and following up with prospects.


  • Responsible for managing and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and LinkedIn, to build an audience and promote company blogs and podcasts.


  • Develop an inbound marketing strategy, engaging with the community on platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp, managing Discord channels, creating Reddit threads, making infographics for Pinterest and consistently tweeting about our new developments.


  • For the organisation's benefit, engage in public speaking on platforms like Clubhouse, Spaces, or Live. Reach out to influencers for brand partnerships and conduct events to work on these collaborations.


  • Help convert prospective clients with engaging, responsive, responsible, and captivating interactions on calls, emails and social media channels.


  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing, operations, and product development, to support integrated business goals and initiatives.


  • Assist in applying for government tenders and preparing bid documents.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Handle the business portfolios assigned to you via Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite.


  • Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software like Hubspot daily.


  • Engage the audiences on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X.


  • Report the changes and trends on Google Analytics and Web Dashboard.

Qualifications

  • Fresher or Currently pursuing their bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any other related field. We may consider students from other disciplines if they can demonstrate relevant skills and interest in social media marketing and new business development.


  • Relevant coursework in marketing principles, digital marketing, market research, consumer behaviour, advertising, and/or public relations is beneficial. Specific courses demonstrating knowledge of inbound marketing, social media platforms, SEO, PPC content marketing, and analytics can also be advantageous.


  • Skilled in using marketing tools like Microsoft Office or Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms.


  • Basic analytical skills to interpret data and metrics related to campaigns and initiatives.


  • Excel in verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and colleagues
